Jalagandeswar (Goundamani) is very unhappy because none of his tenants give him his monthly rent. His cousin Rayappan comes with a unique idea to collect the rent. He suggests that they should keep a married couple where the husband is very much older to his wife. As decided they get a mismatched couple in Sundaram (Vijaykumar) and Usha (Gauthami). Rayappan's idea works and all the tenants start giving the rent properly, not only that all the male tenants have an eye over Usha. After a while Usha too realizes their intentions and lays a trap for them. What is Usha's plan? Will she be able to change these men's dirty mind and make them realize their mistakes?
